  • Research and study on 'Women-headed households in Assam: The Social and Psychological Impact of Insurgency on Women in Assam' is being implemented by CDPS since April 2013. The study has been supported by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.
  • Research and study on 'Autonomy and Devolution: Is it enough to address ethnic aspirations in India's Northeast? The case of Assam'. The study, commissioned by Indian Council of Social Science Research, began in May 2012 and is continuing.
  • Social Audit titled 'Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation of CSR Activities' for Numaligarh Refinery Limited (2012-2013)
  • ‘Situation of children in civil strife affected areas - GAP study’ covering six states (Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Manipur and Assam) was done during October 2012 and January 2013 for UNICEF.
  • Social Audit of Numaligarh Refinery Ltd.'s Corporate Social Responsibility Programme (2009-2010)
  • Research and study on 'Social, Economic and Political Dynamics in Extremist Affected Areas' in five Northeastern and three Naxalite affected states (Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura, Nagaland, Chattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand) done for the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Government of India. (2009-2011)
  • Study on the Status of Out of School Children who have joined mainstream school after the bridge course programme under Sarva Shiksha Abhijan (SSA) Mission, Assam. (October 2008 - February 2009)
  • Social Audit of the Community Development Programme of Numaligarh Refinery Limited. (2006)
  • Study on 'Women Entrepreneurs in the North East'. The study was commissioned by Indian Institute for Entrepreneurship, Guwahati. (2005-2006)
  • A three part study on 'Impact of Self-Help Groups in Assam' was done by the Centre in 2005 and the reports were submitted to the State Institute of Rural Development, Assam.
